Shipping & Returns – MS Furnitures

At MS Furnitures, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.

Shipping Information

Delivery Areas: We deliver across mainland UK.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery Charges:
Free Delivery on all orders over £300

For orders below £300, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Tracking: You will receive tracking info via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Note: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy.

Return Period: Within 14 days of receiving your item

Return Conditions:

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Must include all parts and accessories

Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Return Process:

Email us at returns@msfurnitures.co.uk with your order number

We’ll guide you through the return/exchange process

Once approved, arrange pickup or drop-off

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days after item is received and inspected

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
